This Privacy Policy explains how Estilea handles information when you use the Android app and the landing website.

2. Information We Use

• Weather and preference inputs required to generate outfit recommendations.
• Optional location data, only if you grant permission.
• Basic technical request data needed for service operation and security.

3. Optional Location Access

Location permission is optional. If enabled, location data is used to provide localized weather context and better recommendations.

If disabled, Estilea can still work using manually selected city/location values.

4. How Frontend and Lambda Work

The app frontend sends request payloads to AWS Lambda endpoints. Lambda computes the response and sends results back to the app. This process supports real-time recommendation behavior.

At this stage, Estilea does not store personal user profiles in a dedicated database for this recommendation flow.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate the app (for example, cloud hosting and weather-related providers).

6. Data Retention

Because recommendation requests are processed without a dedicated user database in this flow, retained personal data is limited to what is operationally necessary for service reliability, monitoring, and compliance.

7. Your Choices

• You can deny location permission at any time from device settings.
• You can stop using the app at any time.
• You can contact us for privacy questions or requests.
